Welcome to SwapDeck! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SwapDeck platform, operated by SmartBotCrafters S.A. R.L.-S ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SwapDeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SwapDeck. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. User Conduct

You agree to use SwapDeck only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are prohibited from:

  • Posting false or misleading information.
  • Harassing or bullying other users.
  • Engaging in fraudulent or illegal activities, or trading prohibited items. Strictly forbidden items include: trademarks/counterfeit goods; drugs and drug paraphernalia; firearms, weapons, and ammunition; hazardous materials (chemicals, explosives, biohazards); human remains or body parts; live animals; alcohol and tobacco products; medical devices and prescription medications; government documents; financial instruments; adult content; and any other items restricted by law in your jurisdiction.
  • Exchanging items for money, cash equivalents, or cryptocurrencies. SwapDeck is strictly for item-to-item trading.

4. Trading and Swapping

SwapDeck provides a platform for users to connect and arrange trades. We are not a party to any transaction between users and do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items traded.

5. Paid Services & Subscriptions

Fees paid to SwapDeck are solely for the license to access premium software features (e.g., advanced analytics, organizational tools, and increased profile visibility). SwapDeck does not process payments for the exchange of physical goods between users, nor does it act as an escrow service. All trades are negotiated and settled directly between users, independent of any subscription fees.

6. Affiliate Links & Disclosure

SwapDeck may show affiliate shopping links (such as Amazon) inside item cards for all users, including Pro users. If you click one of these links and make a qualifying purchase, SwapDeck may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SmartBotCrafters s.a r.l.-s shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of SwapDeck.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Luxembourg.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
